We understand that a breast cancer diagnosis can bring significant financial and personal challenges—especially in rural Chaffee County, where travel is often required for treatment. To help ease some of the stress, we offer gift cards that may be used toward travel expenses (such as hotels, gas, or transportation), child care, or meals for you and your family.

We certainly don't want to create additional paperwork during this time, so we just have a short questionnaire. Or if you prefer we can arrange a phone call if that is more convenient. You are eligible to apply if you are a Chaffee County resident and you have been diagnosed and are undergoing breast cancer treatment.
